Alina Liao — Founder of the Radical Wellness Company, Zenit

“How are you? Like really, how are you?” asks Zenit founder Alina Liao, in this video that invites journalers everywhere to take a mini-retreat right in the comfort of their home.

“When we’re constantly dealing with multiple demands, constantly doing things and worrying, it can be hard to check in with ourselves and restore our energy,” she knows. “And we can get used to running on fumes. But at some point we gotta ask, do I really want to keep living this way? You deserve to take care of yourself and protect your energy.”

Of course, you can journal anytime with the help of her beautiful, personalized journals. But if you don’t want to go on the journey alone, Alina’s wellness journaling mini-retreats provide guided self-care journaling activities, wellness lessons, and community that make it easier to build wellness into your daily life.
