A Note from Hope Katz Gibbs, publisher, BeInkandescent Health & Wellness magazine — Susan L. Beres of LaPort, Indiana has been an educator since graduating with a BS in elementary education from Indiana University Bloomington. She also has a Master’s in special education and a degree in educational leadership. Those degrees led her to a 20-year career as a public school classroom and special ed teacher before becoming an educational diagnostician in 2008.
