Lighting Up a Stage with the US Marines

We met Megan Lynn Browning when she was the lead vocalist in the 2016-17 tour of Rockin’ Road to Dublin.

But Megan has been taking center stage since she was a child. “I come from a family whose love of song was passed down to her generation,” says the woman who critics call a fiery soul singer. She began singing professionally at the age of 17 and quickly found a love of Irish music and culture.

Megan got her start as a professional singing at Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg, VA where she could be heard singing a variety of of Irish Celtic, folk and country songs. In 2016, she took Richmond, VA, by storm, starring in many musical projects, from jazz to progressive rock, which led her to her own musical group, Harley Boone.

“Rockin’ Road to Dublin promotes our unique hybrid culture and our heritage of American Rock and Irish Folk, and I am extremely proud to be part of it,” she said of the tour that took her to 60 cities around the country in less than six months.

Don’t miss our video interview with Browning, and her leading man, Brett Benowitz.
