Say namaste to Ronald Dill, one of our newest Inkandescent™ Yoga teachers. This is his first video class, filmed in his apartment during the shelter in place days of the coronavirus pandemic.
“Now, more than ever, cultivating support is needed,” explains the man who since 2017 has been a Registered Yoga Instructor (200 hours) with a focus on Vinyasa. “Get ready to engage your legs and core in this 20-minute class. This yoga flow focuses on building awareness from the ground up.”
Ronald filmed this segment while sheltering in place in his apartment in Claremont, CA where he’s working toward getting a M.A. in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) http://www.cgu.edu.
He says he’s excited to teach more yoga classes and a meditation series from a studio, but for now we are all working with what we have,” Ronald shares. “This is our yoga right now. One breath at a time, one pose at a time, one day at a time.”
A little background: In January 2020, he joined the Inkandescent Team as the assistant to the company’s president, Hope Katz Gibbs. In addition to helping with PR and marketing clients, his focus will be to build the Inkandescent Yoga program featured on the company’s magazine, Inkandescent Health & Wellness.
The native of Alabama is currently getting a M.A. in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) in Southern California. As fellow students in the program Hope and Ronald met, and discovered a mutual love for yoga. Hope immediately hired Ronald to teach the Inkandescent Yoga classes, which will be streamed for free on social media with an opportunity to take all of his classes online for a nominal fee. Stay tuned for more!
